I am Scott Anthony Powell Jr. I took a chance and decided to buy a nice and cozy victorian era beach house a mile or so west of Eastview, NH. My wife Kathy and I have owned it since 1994. In my opinion this beach house is a really great vacation home. I would highly endorse this vacation home to anyone searching for a home.
