I am Johnny Ryan Brooks Jr. I managed to purchase a well maintained 2 bedroom beach house west from Richwood, Vermont. My wife Wanda and I have owned it since 1994. This has certainly been a very good vacation house. I would recommend very highly this vacation house to anyone searching for a home.
